Service Opportunities in Learning (SOL) Information Session
Speaker
Hart Leadership Program
Open to all Duke undergraduates in their first, second, or third years, Service Opportunities in Leadership (SOL) is an intensive twelve-month leadership development sequence that combines academic study, community engagement, research service-learning, and leadership training. SOL participants take a gateway course in the spring semester, receive funding to complete an immersive summer experience with a community partner, and finish with a capstone seminar the following fall.
There is an information session for SOL on Wednesday, September 27th at 5:30 PM in Sanford 223 where interested students will learn more about the structure of SOL and hear from previous participants about their SOL experiences.
