This past summer I took two courses at the Marine Lab in Beaufort: Biology & Conservation of Sea Turtles and Conservation Biology & Policy. My time at the Marine Lab was the best experience I have had at Duke thus far!! I met some of my closest friends there and learned so much about marine science and the coastal environment of North Carolina. I recommend taking summer courses to anyone who has no idea what to do over the summer because it is honestly a great mix of fun and hard work!
