Description

The program lasts 8 weeks & enables rising Duke junior and senior neuroscience majors the opportunity to work 1-on-1 with their mentor in their lab. It's primarily meant to serve as a springboard for those neuroscience students who want to do Graduation with Distinction in their senior year. Part time is an option.

Part-time students receive a $2500 stipend. Full-time students receive a $5000 stipend.

Course Prerequisites

Students must have taken at least the neuroscience Gateway course. It's preferable as well that they have 1 neuroscience research independent study completed, as this is the platform in which they'll do their research.
